Lead Time:
 
Health Fairs Plus requests a 6-week lead time for onsite services and an 8-week lead time for onsite services from Labor Day to Thanksgiving.
 
Clients may make requests with less lead time and Health Fairs Plus will accommodate these requests as best we can but we cannot guarantee your requested service(s) will be available.  Once a service is requested please allow at least two weeks for us to book and confirm the service.  
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:  

In the event that you need to cancel or change your requested service after submitting this form, there is a $75 Change of Service Fee if you need to change or move a single service.

If you cancel less than three weeks from your event, there is a 50% Cancellation Fee.

Health Fairs Plus will bill the full amount for events cancelled 10 business days from the event date.

 

Health Fair Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

If we are booking a health fair (more than 3 services at a time) once we receive this form and Health Fairs Plus begins building your event, there is a $450 Cancellation Fee or Change of Date Fee.
