The following materials should be uploaded as individual documents. Failure to upload all items will result in your application being unsubmitted.
- Short curriculum vitae that includes educational background; credentials/certifications; academic, professional, and community contributions; and any selected publications and honors
- Vision statement prepared by the nominee (two to three pages), which includes beliefs and practices in educating teachers
- Representative syllabus
- Five letters of recommendation, with at least one from a student, and others from colleagues or supervisors with knowledge of the candidate's teaching
