State/Provincial Coordinator Report

As an ILA Coordinator, you are responsible for duties that are necessary for the growth and well-being of the state/provincial Chapter. In addition, you  have an obligation to maintain a connection and engagement to the local chapters within your state.

Annually, the ILA State Coordinator is required to submit an Annual Coordinator Report documenting the work completed on behalf of the chapter over the past term year.
Please be sure to complete all information below pertaining to your current role as a Chapter Coordinator. 
Note: This information must be submitted to ILA Headquarters by May 31st in order to maintain eligibility for the ILA Coordinator stipend.
