ADVERTISEMENT AGREEMENT

If you are purchasing an ad, you agree to provide a high quality advertisement to the HDFFA by March 1, 2017. The necessary requirements for an advertisement will be emailed to you after you sumbit this form. If you are unable to provide the advertisement by the required date, we will refund you 90% of your total purchase amount.
