In consideration of acceptance to the right to participate, entrants and participants by execution of this entry form, release, and discharge Atlanta Fire Rescue Department, City of Atlanta, Lee + White Ackerman & Co. and MDH Partners, employees, staff, volunteers, and anyone else connected or representative of this event are released and discharged from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, loses, judgments and or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by a participant to his/her property or person.
In addition, I agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, executors, and personal representatives, to hold harmless and defend Atlanta Fire Rescue Department, its officers, directors, agents, employees, or representatives associated with the 2022 Inaugural Atlanta Fire Rescue Department CAR, TRUCK & BIKE SHOW event held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, from any and all known or unknown liability and/or property damage, loss or damage arising from or in connection with my participation in this event.
I further understand that the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department, their officers, directors, agents, employees or representatives declare themselves NOT RESPONSIBLE for fire, theft, damage or loss of any article left in vehicles or any damage to vehicles while on Lee + White Ackerman & Co. and MDH Partners property for participation in the car, truck, and bike show. Owners/participants agree that they remain fully responsible for their vehicles and its contents and no bailment is created. Signor acknowledges that they have read and agree to the forgoing conditions.
