MdSNA 2024-2025 Sustaining Industry Partnership Opportunities

Dear Sustaining Industry Partner,

The Maryland School Nutrition Association invites you to discover the benefits of partnering with us for our 2024-2025 membership year. We are excited to offer many partnership opportunities including membership, advertising, exhibiting and sponsorships for our annual convention.

This year’s 2024 annual convention will be held at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center on October 25-26, 2024. The theme is “Bridging Bright Futures Through School Meals”. Please join us for this opportunity to inspire more than 350 school food service professionals across the state of Maryland, including county supervisors, directors and buyers, at one of the lowest state show booth prices across the country.

Based on exhibitor feedback, we have designated the first hour of the exhibits to Central Office Staff ONLY. These are the decision makers from around the state, and typically we have a very high attendance in this category. The next hour and forty-five minutes will be open to all, with the last hour including students from around the state to sample and give feedback on tested products.

Show hours will be Saturday, October 26^th from 11:15 AM - 2:00 PM, Roland E. Powell Convention Center, 4001 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, Maryland 21842. Set up times are Friday, October 25^th from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM and Saturday, October 26^th, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW!

We have an exciting format this year! A full day packed with an energizing keynote speaker, informative education sessions and of course a beautiful venue to showcase for our members the latest and greatest food and equipment! The convention will culminate with an evening of recognition and entertainment at an awards banquet at the Ocean City Convention Center! Each Sustaining Industry Member will receive one complimentary ticket; additional tickets will be available for purchase. You will be able to make the required RSVP on our website. Information on discounted hotel rooms will be found on our website as well. We hope you will join us as we embrace Bridging Bright Futures Through School Meals.

Discounted booths are available at $975 each to those who purchase a Diamond, Platinum, Gold, or Silver or partnership package. Please note: If you are not purchasing an above-referenced package, you must order your booths in Section 5 -- A la Carte Items. Otherwise, you will be invoiced $1,250 per booth and your order will not be processed until the invoice is paid.

Each year the Industry group sponsors a networking event on Friday night. Use this section to indicate how many industry member and guest tickets you would like. (Typically each organization purchases two for themselves and sponsors two for networking guests.)

Section 4 - Booth Location Preference

2024 Multi and Single Booth winners select booth locations first. Diamond members receive next preference in booth selection, followed by Platinum, then Gold and Silver members. List booth number preference below (See Exhibit Hall map on application & Contract for Exhibit Space). MdSNA will attempt to satisfy all booth requests, but there is no guarantee that requests will be fulfilled. Booth assignments can be confirmed October 1. Please take note of the electrical limitations as outlined in the attached booth packet and noted in red on the booth layout map.

We do hereby make application to lease the exhibit space listed on this form and understand that submission of this form is pursuant and subject to the terms and conditions governing exhibitors as outlined on the attached document (please download and keep for your reference or print out and mail in if paying by check.) We understand that booth choices are not guaranteed; however best efforts will be made to accomodate choices. Space availability is subject to plumbing and electrical considerations.
