Terms & Conditions

Smoking is not allowed inside the condos or the custom home or garages. Smoking is permitted outside only.

Check-In time is after 4:00 pm daily. Checkout time is 10:00 am.  Late check-outs must be approved in advance and a fee may be charged.  You must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.

Pets are only allowed in pet friendly condos and Ravens Retreat.  See amenities for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The full amount owed on the condo is due two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations are three weeks  before the arrival date and will  incur no charge if within that time period. Cancellations after that date incur the full charge unless we are able to re-rent the unit. We will make every effort to re-rent the condo. If we are successful you will only be charged the difference between what you owe and what we were able to re-rent the unit for.

RESERVATIONS CONFIRMATION:

We will confirm your reservation within approximately 24 hours. Availability of a particular condo or the custom home is usually accurate, but please wait for your confirmation.

Season: March 1st to November 10th. Off Season: November 11th to February 28th

Holidays and Events are subject to higher rates.
