Create a Permanent Tribute to your Pet on the Petloss.com Tribute Pages.
There is a one-time only $5 processing fee for this service.
(A photo of your pet can be included at no additional cost.)

Use Browse to select the photo you want for the Tribute & then click the Upload button:

After your photo is uploaded, you will see "file :" and the filename appear to the left of the Upload button.
Please click on the filename to verify that it is the photo you want for the Tribute!

Before continuing to checkout, check for errors & make sure that everything you entered is exactly the way you want it to appear on the Website.

Now click the "Checkout" button and pay the processing fee. All major credit cards are accepted. The checkout is secure & encrypted.

Tributes are normally on the Tribute Pages within 24 hours.
