Portable & Shop Welding Rates & Agreement

Onsite / Jobsite Portable Welding Work

Onsite Rates per Welder or Foreman:

$155/hr regular time (x1)

$232.5/hr over time (x 1.5)

$310/hr double time (x 2)

- 8 hour minimum charge applies to all portable welding services

- $360/day for Welding Equipment/Rig

Onsite Rates per Apprentice:

$110/hr regular time (x1)

$165/hr over time (x 1.5)

$220/hr double time (x 2)

Travel terms:

- Travel charges apply to all portable work, calculated from zip code 92530, as follows:

- Within 20 miles, $100 round trip

- Within 21 to 30 miles, $250 round trip

- Within 31 to 80 miles $400 round trip

Minimum Charge: includes 8 hrs worksfhit plus travel time.

Material: Customer is responsible for supplying materials, unless otherwise specified. If Advanced Weldtec Inc supplies materials, customer is responsible for payment in full prior to placing the order. There will be no refunds for unused materials.

Payment Terms: Payment must be submitted along with this form or via invoice. Scheduled work will be confirmed upon payment.

Refunds: Any unused full days will be refunded in full. Minimum charge is an 8 hrs day plus travel time - refunds will not be provided for partial days.

Cancellation and rescheduling: For cancelled or rescheduled work, a $500 non-refundable fee applies.

No Guarantee: Advanced Weldtec Inc does not guarantee the work performed. If any welds are found to be defective by inspection, Advanced Weldtec Inc will charge per above rates for making repairs.

Equipment: Customer to provide all necessary equipment for lifting and material handling, which includes but not limited to scafolds, ladders, manlifts, hoysts, etc.

Fire Safety: Customer to provide firewatch if required, unless otherwise specified in advance.

Shop Welding, Fabrication & General Machine Shop Work

Advanced Weldtec, Inc. charges by the day, per rates listed below:

Rates: $1,200 / day

Estimates: Estimates provided are considered hard quotes.

Turnaround time: Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days, unless otherwise specified in the estimate or invoice.

Expedited fee of $300 will apply for immediate work requests.

Material fee: Material should be provided customer. Otherwise, material and handling fees apply.

Terms:

All parts will be fabricated in the shop in accordance to drawings and specifications provided.

Drawings and specifications supplied by customer must be complete, not just a snapshop of the part to be welded. All requirements must be provided.

Any deviations required from original contract documents must be provided in writing, as part of the updated contract documents.

Warranty terms: Welding and fabrication performed by Advanced Weldtec Inc at its faciltiy in Lake Elsinore is inspected by AWS Certified Welding Inspectors prior to delivery or customer pickup. Advanced Weldtec Inc does not guarantee the work performed. If any welds or fabricated products are found to be defective by customer inspection, Advanced Weldtec Inc will charge per above rates for making repairs.

LIABILITY/HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Advanced Weldtec Inc’s current or future directors, trustees, officers, and professional staff, and their respective successors, heirs and assigns (the Indemnitees), against any claim, liability, cost, damage, deficiency, loss, expense or obligation of any kind or nature (including without limitation to reasonable attorneys fees and other costs and expenses of litigation) incurred by or imposed upon the Indemnities or any one of them in connection with any claims, suits, actions, demands or judgments arising out of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, actions in the form of tort, warranty, or strict liability). This indemnification shall extend to any and all claims, suits, causes of action, judgments or damages sustained by me or any other person or persons for bodily injury, death or for any injury to or loss of property resulting from, caused by, or arising out of repaired, fabricated or welded products.
I agree to assume and accept all risks, dangers and hazards in connection with the use of the repaired, fabricated or welded product.
I agree to waive any and all claims that I may have against Advanced Weldtec Inc, including current or future directors, trustees, officers, and professional staff, and their respective successors, heirs and assigns, as a result of my use of the repaired, fabricated or welded product.
I agree to release Advanced Weldtec Inc, current or future directors, trustees, officers, and professional staff, and their respective successors, heirs and assigns, from any and all liability, rights of action or cause of action arising out of contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage, injury or expense that I or any other person or persons in relation to the use and applicability of the repaired, fabricated or welded product, may incur as a result of its use
I agree That in the event of injury or death, this release and indemnity agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns in relation to Advanced Weldtec Inc, its current or future directors, trustees, officers, and professional staff, and their respective successors, heirs and assigns, and any and all people involved.

The laws of California shall govern this Agreement.
