Onsite / Jobsite Portable Welding Work
Onsite Rates per Welder or Inspector:
$155/hr regular time (x1)
$232.5/hr over time (x 1.5)
$310/hr double time (x 2)
- 8 hour minimum charge applies to all portable welding services
- $306/day for Welding Equipment/Rig
Travel terms:
- Travel charges apply to all portable work, calculated from zip code 92530, as follows:
- Within 20 miles, $100 round trip
- Within 21 to 30 miles, $250 round trip
- Within 31 to 80 miles $400 round trip
Minimum Charge:
(1) Work within 20 miles, $1,340 total (includes 8 hrs min charge plus travel)
(2) Work within 21 to 30 miles, $1,490 total (includes 8 hrs min charge plus travel)
(3) Work within 31 to 80 miles, $1,640 total (includes 8 hrs min charge plus travel)
(4) Over 81 miles, request quote
Payment Terms: Payment must be submitted along with this form or via invoice.
Scheduled work will be confirmed upon payment.
Cancellation and rescheduling: For cancelled or rescheduled work, a $500 non-refundable fee applies.
Onsite Shop Welding Rates per Welder or Inspector:
The following rates apply when Advanced Weldtec Inc provides a welder or inspector to work at a customer's shop. Customer is responsible for providing all equipment, consumables and materials needed to perform work at his shop.
$100/hr regular time (x1)
$150/hr over time (x 1.5)
$200/hr double time (x 2)
- 8 hour minimum charge applies
Daily rate is a minimum charge for the day. Welder will be scheduled for an 8-hour day. If welder completes job early or should any problems arise out of the welder's control (e.g material not provided, equipment malfunction, lack of consumables, waiting for welding inspection, etc,) and welder finished the day early as a result of that, daily rate still applies.
Overtime rates apply if welder needs to remain onsite for more than 8 hrs. Payment for OT must be made same day, prior to the end of the 8 hrs workshift in order for welder to remain onsite.
Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full to confirm scheduling. Customer can decide how many days to pay for. Welder will not be onsite if payment was not made for that day.
Refunds: Any days not used and paid for will be refunded in full to customer upon completion of work.
Cancellation and rescheduling: For cancelled or rescheduled work, a $250 non-refundable fee applies, in addition to the daily date (for rescheduled work).
Shop Welding, Fabrication & General Machine Shop Work
Advanced Weldtec, Inc. charges by the hour, per rates listed below:
Rates:
$150.00/hr
$25 set up fee
$150 non-refundable minimum charge
Turnaround time: Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days.
Expedited fee of $300 will apply for immediate work requests.
Material fee: Material should be provided customer. Otherwise, material and handling fees apply.
Terms:
All parts will be fabricated in the shop in accordance to drawings and specifications provided.
Drawings and specifications supplied by customer must be complete, not just a snapshop of the part to be welded. All requirements must be provided.
Any deviations required from original contract documents must be provided in writing, as part of the updated contract documents.
Payment:
Estimates are in the ballpark, but not a guaranteed that the work will be performed within the timeframe estimated.
Invoices must be paid in full to schedule work.
I understand that the parts will only be released to customer upon full payment for the work performed.
Cancellation and rescheduling: For cancelled or rescheduled work, a $400 non-refundable fee applies. Additional charges will be incurred for rescheduling work.
