$250 per Pre-Qualified WPS

$250 Expedited Request Fee

Terms and Conditions:

(1) WPSs will be prepared after full payment has been received.

(2) WPSs will be emailed to customer to the email address provided in this form

(3) WPSs will be emailed to customer within 10 business days; if expedited, within 3 business days (expedited fee applies)

(4) Up to 2 revisions per WPS included

(5) There are NO refunds
