FALL 2022 PARENT CHILD APPLICATION

Our Parent Child classes are a delightful introduction to the unhurried wonder and just-right pace of Waldorf Early Childhood education.

We are pleased to offer a new schedule with more class selections and Ms. Dawn as our teacher! She is excited to continue to lead an array of indoor and outdoor classes at our school this session. Our class sizes will remain small, and our indoor space is light and air-filled!

COVID VACCINATION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL PARENTS/CAREGIVERS for INDOOR CLASSES. All adults must show proof of vaccination (at least 1 shot) in order to participate in indoor classes. Proof of vaccination may include CDC Vaccination Card (or photo), NYC COVID Safe App, New York State Excelsior Pass, NYC Vaccination Record, or an official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S. Masks will be optional. What we understand today for health protocols may be revised tomorrow, and as we share with you the plans we have so far, we may well find ourselves needing to adjust them in the coming weeks. Our internal Brooklyn Waldorf School Coronavirus Task Force is basing plans on the guidelines from the CDC, the New York State Department of Education and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

The application takes about 10 minutes to complete. We'll collect your basic contact information, class choice(s) and payment details. Payment will be processed at the time of submission.

Please upload proof of vaccination for adult attending class. Proof of vaccination may include photo of CDC Vaccination Card, NYC COVID Safe App, New York State Excelsior Pass, NYC Vaccination Record, or an official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S. If proof of vaccination is not available, negative COVID test results (taken within 1 day/24 hours of each class) will be required in order to attend and can be emailed before each class.
