Submit an agenda item
Agenda item requests are to be submitted at least 4 weeks before the meeting for assessment and investigation by the City Image Advisory Committee (CIAC) Meeting Facilitator in addition to the CIAC agenda.
Items received after the agenda deadline will be assessed for the next advisory committee meeting.
A separate form must be completed for each topic/agenda item.
A copy of your agenda submission will be emailed to the email address provided below.
