This form is to advise Townsville City Council when pedestals are installed or disconnected from an existing commercial property. As council's property rates are calculated in part on the number of pedestals on a property, removing or adding pedestals will have an impact on the rates payable by the property owner.
 
The installation of pedestals must be carried out under a Form 1 or as notifiable works, as appropriate. This form is not to be used if the work has been carried out under a Form 1 process. 
 
The form needs to be completed by a Queensland licenced plumber.
