Submit an Agenda Item

  • Agenda item requests are to be submitted at least 4 weeks before the meeting for assessment and investigation by the ICAC Meeting Facilitator for addition to the ICAC agenda.

  • Items received after the agenda deadline will be assessed for the next advisory committee meeting.

  • A separate form must be completed for each topic/agenda item.

  • A copy of your agenda submission will be emailed to the email address provided below.

  • You are providing personal information which will be used for the purpose of delivering Inclusive Communities Advisory Committee business in line with Townsville City Council's privacy policy.
