The "Bringing Joy To Christmas" Competition is aimed to encourage people to come together and focus on the true meaning of Christmas.
The underlining message of Christmas is love, forgiveness, generousity and tolerance.  These are some of the things that bring us closer together as a community at Christmas.
Are there people within your street or neighbourhood that are socially isolated, doing it tough or are less fortunate than yourself, this Christmas?
