Emerging Leaders Youth Conference Nomination Form 2023

Emerging Youth Leaders Conference 2023 aims to build upon the success of the 2020 and 2022 programs by once again bringing together schools leaders and young people in exisiting youth programs to learn more about Vulnerablity and Authentic leadership. 
 
This year nominations have been opened up for up to 80 registrations with 20 places allocated for nominations by indivduals aged 16-18 years of age - not representing any organisation but self-nominating for their own personal development. 
 
This program will be delivered over 3 days - Wednesday 3rd of May - Friday 5th of May. 
 
By completing this form, you acknowledge our expectation that you will be available to attend all 3 days of the program and be present on site from 8:30am until 2:30pm. 
 
Media Consent forms will be issued to all participants attending the event for completion prior to 3rd May 2023. Students/ Young people under the age of 18 will require parent/guardian consent on this form. 
 
Students attending on behalf of their school/ youth program will remain the responsibility of the school/program during the course of the conference and as such, transportation to and from the event is up to the school. In the event of an emergency - the school will be contacted /notified in order to respond according to their policies and the identified Emergency Contact on this form may also be notified.
