As Constructed Drainage Plans

An as constructed drainage plan shows the sanitary drainage from Council's sewer connection point to the dwelling, and may show connections to the kitchen, bathroom and toilet etc. Measurements and depths of the drainage are included on the plan. As constructed drainage plans show the works as installed, which may differ from the initial design plans.

Council may supply a design drainage plan or inspectors mark-ups in the event that an as constructed drainage plan is not available. The applicable fee's will still apply in this instance.

If the requested plans are available for the property, charges will apply for each plan supplied. Please refer to Part 15.D - Copies of Certificates and Plans - Section 2. Copies of As-Constructed Plans, of the Fees and Charges Schedule.

Plans that may be supplied are from Council’s records only and do not include any notifiable or illegal works which may have been carried out on the property.

Notifiable Works

The Queensland Building and Construction Commission maintains a database of notifiable works that have been carried out on properties in Queensland.
