Please fill in the rebate application form below and upload receipts and proof of residency to receive a rebate of 50% of the purchase price - up to $200 for reusable nappies and up to $100 for other sanitary and incontinence products.

A minimum product purchase of $50 is required to be eligible for this rebate.
