INITIATIVES OF THE ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS

Sign up to join high schools across Arizona to support graduating seniors on their path to postsecondary education. The Arizona Board of Regents brings three innovative programs to Arizona high schools that are designed help seniors apply to college, submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and celebrate students as they make their final postsecondary education decisions:

Arizona Decision Day

By registering, your school commits to supporting students during the 2023-2024 school year on their path to college. The first 100 schools to sign up for all three programs will receive a FREE toolkit at the beginning of the school year that includes stickers, posters, wristbands and other incentives to promote these programs on campus.

In addition, you will also receive ABOR’s monthly college going newsletter, which includes timely and helpful planning tips and resources throughout the school year.

Arizona College Application Campaign
August 2023 – February 2024

By planning an AzCAC event, your school will provide high school seniors with hands-on help in applying to college. The program is designed to build excitement around the college application process and encourage seniors to take this important step toward continuing their post-high school education. Arizona FAFSA Challenge
December 2023 – May 2024

The Arizona FAFSA Challenge is a statewide initiative to increase FAFSA completion among Arizona high school seniors. Schools participating in this program are encouraged to host FAFSA workshops for their high school seniors and their families to assist them with completing the FAFSA and to provide ongoing support around the FAFSA process to ensure that their students have access to funding their college education.

Arizona Decision Day
