MLMA Exhibitor Contract 2019

Thank you for your interest in joining our 2019 Tradeshow on Friday, July 12 at the Imperial Palace in Biloxi, Mississippi.  Set-up will be Friday morning from 8:30 am to 12:00.  We invite our exhibitors to join us for an Exhibitors Luncheon from 12 to 1:00 (limit 4 people).  The Tradeshow opens at 1:00 and will conclude at the end of our Live Auction around 5:15 pm.  Closer to the date, you will be emailed an Exhibitor packet with details regarding shipping and ordering extra booth items.

All BOOTH PERSONNEL must also complete Individual Convention Registration Form to attend.  Name Badge and completed registration forms are required, in advance, for admittance.

MLMA Members Only:

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS: will be made by MLMA.  MLMA reserves the right to adjust trade show layout at any time prior to opening of show.  SHARING BOOTH space must have prior approval by MLMA (additional charge of $200 will be applied).

 FURNISHINGS:  Booths are 10' wide x 8' deep with 8' back drapes & 3' high side drapes and include one 6' draped   table, two chairs and wastebasket.  Additional furnishings including electricity will be provided by Show Manager at additional cost to Exhibitor.   Upon MLMA’s receipt of contract and payment, Exhibitor will receive show packet with detailed information, including shipping information.  

SECURITY/INSURANCE LIABILITY:  No security or insurance is provided by MLMA or Imperial Palace.  By signing Contract for Exhibit Space, exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the MS Lumber Manufacturers Association, its  employees and members from all liability resulting from or arising out of the use by vendor/exhibitor of the exhibit space referred to herein.

FEES:  Convention Registration Fees are NOT charged for "Tradeshow Only" Exhibitor attendees (Show Only are those attending Friday Trade Show activities only. “Tradeshow Only” attendees do NOT receive drink tickets.  Exhibitors attending any functions other than “Tradeshow only” will be charged Convention Registration Fees + Individual Event Costs.  

Door Prizes/ Cash giveaways are welcome and will be given away either from your booth or the stage during the show.
