If you intend to return any item for any reason you must complete this request.
Failure to do so will void your right to return the item. Remember, you only have
15 days, (5 days for items damaged in shipping), from the date the item was
delivered to you to file this request.
The information we require is necessary for:
Identification of your returned package. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to insure that your return is properly routed and that your refund or replacement is processed without delay.
Getting your package to the right location. We ship from various warehouses and returned items must be sent back to the right location. Shipping a return to an inappropriate destination will significantly delay the processing of your return and may result in the loss of your package. We are not responsible for lost packages sent to improper addresses.
