2021 - 2022 Preschool Application

Dear Parents,

Welcome to Torah Day School, we are excited to have the opportunity to help forge your children into the future leaders of our community.

As Torah Day School is an accredited childcare facility by the TXDPS, we are required by the state to receive immunization, health checks, and additional information in order to admit your child into our program. Please note that without all of the information requested below, you child will not be accepted to our program. Please fill out the basic information about each parent and your child. Please fill out one application for each preschool student that you are enrolling. In the case of a deceased parent, please enter N/A for each field.

Torah Day School offers preschool classes for students as young as 2 years old as of September 1, 2021, and continues till age four. If your child will not yet be two as of September 1, 2020, and you are interested in them attending TDSD for the 2021-22 school year, please reach out to Becky Udman at budman@tdsd.org.

At this time, our Toddler (two years old and under) and Nursery (three years old as of September 1st) classes are full . If you would like your child to be placed on a waiting list for a cancelation or a potential new class, please fill out the application and you will be contacted within 48 hrs with an update.
