As you prepare for your consultation, it may be helpful for you to know that the cost of travel has increased over last year. Based on current proposals for customized luxury travel, clients can expect to spend a minimum of approximately $1000 per person per day of travel (excluding airfare). Various factors can increase or decrease cost but this is a consistent, reliable estimate to use as a starting point.

Please note that we require a minimum travel spend of $10,000, except for river cruises, which may price lower. There is a premium minimum of spend of $20,000 during Spring Break and the December Holidays. The minimum travel spend for Africa is always $25,000.

We include this information now because it is important that you have an idea of the amount you plan to invest in your travel experience when you talk with our advisor.

Please note that our minimum planning time for Europe is 90 days; 120 days is preferred. Occasionally, exceptions can be made and we will do our best to assist you.
