About the Course:

The Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS® is hosting a special virtual offering of the NAR's new course, Market the Lisitng with instructor Jody O'Brien on October 31st & November 1st, 2023 , from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm offered online via PEARL! The Market the Listing Course is specifically designed to help you craft a story and create a compelling marketing campaign that cuts through the noise. By the end of this course, you'll be able to leverage contemporary marketing techniques and connect with more potential buyers than ever.

As a REALTOR®, you already know that the most important part of selling a home is the story. You need to make it sound like the perfect place for someone to live out their dreams. You need to sell them on what they could be: a homeowner, a family-builder, a success story. And that's exactly what this course is all about — helping you tell stories that will sell your clients' homes.

Course serves as elective towards SRS designation.

Course Cost*:

$99 for CCIAOR members and $125 for non-members.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

A full refund will be provided if you cancel no later than October 22th. Starting on October 23th, all cancelations are subject to a $50 cancelation fee. No refunds will be issued for any cancelations on or after October 27th.

I must be on camera for the duration of the offering to receive credit for completing the NAR Certification Course needed to achieve the accreditation and Massachusetts CE Credit.

I can not repeatedly change locations, which includes but is not limited to driving, walking, etc.

Failure to meet this requirement will result in loss of credit and no refund will be issued.
