Job Title: Order Fulfillment Associate

Pay: $15 per hour (up to 30 hrs a week depending on applicant availability)

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities will include reading packing slips, selecting the appropriate screen print transfers, apparel, and heat pressing apparel, adhering to our packaging protocols, and labeling items for postal drop-off.

This role demands attention to detail, physical agility, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Fulfillment: Efficiently select and pack orders, including inventory management and organization for screen print transfers, apparel, and heat press items.

2. Heat Press Operation: Skillfully operate heat press equipment for precise application of screen print transfers and logos on apparel.

3. Packaging Expertise: Follow packaging guidelines to ensure secure, protected, and well-presented items for shipping.

4. Shipping and Labeling: Accurately label and address packages for postal drop-off, managing the entire shipping process.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to streamline order fulfillment, emphasizing cooperation and teamwork.

6. Detail-Oriented Productivity: Maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, contributing to exceptional customer satisfaction.

7. Positive Environment: Foster a welcoming and motivating work atmosphere with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Requirements:

Physical Agility: Ability to stand, move, bend, and operate heat press equipment as needed during the shift

Visual Acuity: Excellent vision required to read and verify small print on packing slips and labels.

Efficiency: Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment and meeting order fulfillment deadlines.

High Energy: Must bring a dynamic and energetic approach to the role, infusing enthusiasm into daily tasks.
