★Hạn đổi lịch thi: 3 ngày làm việc trước ngày thi, hoặc 4 ngày làm việc nếu rơi vào cuối tuần hoặc ngày nghỉ lễ của Nhật Bản.
 
*Nếu đã quá thời hạn đổi lịch thi, vui lòng thực hiện theo các bước sau.
*Vui lòng chọn ngày thi chính xác của bạn.
*Nếu bạn đăng ký nhiều hơn 4 lịch thi, vui lòng nhập các ngày thi của bạn vào ô tiếp theo.
*Nếu tên đăng ký không khớp với giấy tờ tùy thân của bạn, bạn sẽ không được dự thi. Trong trường hợp này, yêu cầu đổi lịch thi và hoàn tiền sẽ không được chấp nhận.
*Yêu cầu sửa phiếu điểm cũng sẽ không được chấp nhận.

Chính sách về voucher:
- Xin lưu ý, bạn không thể hủy lịch thi JFT Basic và Specified Skilled Worker Tests sau khi đã hoàn tất đặt chỗ.
- Hãy chắc chắn bạn mua đúng loại voucher. Bạn cần chọn voucher đúng với tên bài thi và quốc gia tham dự. Bạn sẽ không thể thay đổi thông tin hoặc yêu cầu hoàn tiền nếu mua nhầm voucher.
- Vui lòng dự thi trước khi voucher hết hạn.
- Bạn không thể hủy lịch thi JFT Basic và Specified Skilled Woker. Voucher cũng không thể hoàn lại dưới mọi hình thức. Do vậy, hãy cân nhắc kỹ trước khi mua.
- Thời hạn sử dụng của voucher tùy thuộc vào bài thi. Voucher bài thi JFT Basic có hiệu lực 180 ngày, còn bài thi Specified Skilled Woker là 90 ngày, tính từ ngày mua. Hạn chót sử dụng là ngày 10 tháng 3. Hãy kiểm tra kỹ ngày hết hạn trước khi mua.
 
Please refer the voucher policy:

-Please be aware, you cannot cancel JFT Basic and Specified Skilled Woker Tests once you make reservations.
-Please purchase correct vouchers. You must select the voucher with your desired test name and countries which you will take. If you purchase incorrect vouchers, you cannot change or get any refund.
-Please take the test BEFORE voucher expiry date. 
-JFT Basic and Specified Skilled Woker test cannot cancel. 
Voucher is non refundable in any circumstances, please be careful when purchasing.
-The validity period of Voucher varies depending on Test. Please check with your point of purchase.
Voucher are valid for 180days for JFT Basic, 90 days fod Specified Skills Test from the date of purchase.
However, the final deadline is March 10th. Please check Voucher expiration date carefully before purchasing.
 
Prometric ID và mật Khẩu:
- Bạn sẽ nhận được Prometric ID qua email đầu tiên từ Prometric.
- Nếu cần đặt lại mật khẩu, vui lòng thực hiện theo hướng dẫn tại "Các vấn đề đăng nhập" sau khi chọn "Đăng nhập" trên trang chủ đăng ký thi.
- Nếu bạn quên cả ID và mật khẩu, vui lòng mở lại email đầu tiên từ Prometric (email cung cấp Prometric ID) và tiến hành đặt lại mật khẩu.
 
Prometric ID and Password 

-Please refer first email notification from Prometric when you obtained Prometric ID. You can find your Prometric ID in this email.
-If you want to reset your password, please refer "Login Issues" after you click "log in" in reseration system.
-If you forget both Prometric ID and password, kindly check the first notification email from Prometric which you have received when you obtained your Prometric ID, and please reset your password.
 
 
Bạn không thể hủy lịch thi sau khi đã hoàn tất đặt chỗ.
Để thay đổi lịch thi, bạn cần thông báo trước ít nhất 3 ngày làm việc.
*Đối với các kỳ thi vào Thứ Bảy, Chủ Nhật hoặc ngày lễ theo lịch của Nhật Bản, bạn cần thông báo trước 4 ngày làm việc.
 
You cannot cancel this exam once reservation has been completed.
Kindly reschedule your appointment latest 3 business days prior to your test day.
* If your test falls on Saturday, Sunday, Japanese public holiday, it will be 4 business days.

Sau đó chọn "Xác nhận đặt lịch thi (Thư xác nhận)" để xem thư xác nhận của bạn.

- Voucher không thể được hoàn lại dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào.
- Bạn không thể hủy lịch thi sau khi hoàn tất đặt chỗ.
- Nếu quá trình đặt lịch thi không thành công mà bạn vẫn bị trừ tiền, số tiền này sẽ được hoàn lại tự động vào tài khoản của bạn (áp dụng cho những thí sinh thi tại Nhật Bản và người dùng PayPay).
 
 
-Voucher is no refundable in any circumstances.
-You cannot cancel this exam.
-If you fail to make reservation and be chared, it would refunded to your pay pay account automatically. (candidates who take test in Japan and PayPay users only)
Về Phiếu điểm của bạn
Phiếu điểm sẽ được cung cấp trong vòng 5 ngày kể từ ngày thi. Để xem Phiếu điểm, vui lòng làm theo các bước sau:
1- Đăng nhập hệ thống đặt lịch thi
2- Chọn mục "Phiếu điểm"
*Lưu ý: Truy cập trang bài thi mà bạn đã tham gia để xem Phiếu điểm của mình.
*Đối với bài thi Automobile, vui lòng liên hệ với nhà tuyển dụng để gửi yêu cầu cho đơn vị tổ chức thi.
 
Regarding your Score report
Score report can be seen within 5 business days from your test day.
1-please go to test reservation system which you have taken and log into the system.
2- Please click the button in "Score report" section.
*Please be aware to go to the test page which you have taken first to see the score reports.
*You cannot see the score report for Automobile test. Your employer must apply to the test sponsor, kindly discuss with them first.
